I think its a Toolbar?
Discussion
Hiya,
I seem to have an extra tool bar on my Windows XP! I know its spyware from Lop.com but I just cant get rid of the chuffing thing! It opens up whenever I start explorer, its at the bottom not the top!
I have Spybot S&D and Norton, run both of these as well as several downloads from Google and PCworld in normal and safe modes, have all the updates from Microsoft but its still there, any ideas????
PS I am also getting loads of pop-ups now, please help.

Don't know if it is one you have already tried.....
I had a similair thing happen with an isearch toolbar, it just appeared! i ended up going onto the isearch website and i had to have it removed via the site, just make sure you dont download anything else with it!
Have found XP SP2 stops anything downloading now unless i agree to it.

Sorry to butt in, but It appears you have to pay $29.95 to get any spyware removed from your system with "No Adware".
Shame since my girlfiend's laptop has lop on it and so far I haven't been able to get rid of it. Despite having Norton, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D and Pop-up Stopper already installed.

That is a program called No Addware, I have downloaded that already tonight. It scans the PC and finds the problem then says I have to send $49 in order for me to use it!
Thanks for trying, think I am just going to have to live with it.
My apologies! Hopefully one of the more experienced IT guys will be here with the (free) solution soon!
Try Ad-Aware SE Personal edition which can be downloaded from:
www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
Its a free version.

No, Thank you!

Try hijackthis:-

But be careful not to delete anything other than lop; also check your startup group, win.ini, and registry for any instances of lop, once you've run hijackthis.
