Help...

I don't want a crappy GB sticker on my car, and it isn't magnetic (obviously)... Any ideas?

I would suggest the registration plate with the GB incorporated.
Also not sure on the legal requirement, but you can purchase chrome or chrome effect letters that could be stuck-on.

Try Europa near Burton on Trent. They used to do loads of that sort of thing for the classic market

Halfords, and others, do a small GB badge which you can stick to end of your number plate.

Had one of those number plate sticker jobs - but then made it "legal" with this small badge from the local motor factors - although there is probably some EU directive somewhere specifying font/minimum size etc.

I get the impression that it would peel off quite happily - but with Le Mans next month I'll leave it on for the mo...

Thanks guys, I will continue to shop around a bit. The Chrome ones look much better... And I am a fan of the TVR ones!
