Classified search notification

This seems a bit odd.
I have a search from which I get emails for new ads. Frequently (more often than not it seems) there aren't any new ads.
The emails can come an hour apart, sometimes 2 but for the same ads?
Is this right?

Could you let us know the advert ID of the advert that keeps appearing, we can have a look at anything odd with it then.

I didn't explain myself very well.
It isn't one ad that keeps popping up but rather the email notifications come but the ads haven't changed.
For example I've had emails at 11.07am, 12.07, 1.07, 3.07, 4.07, 7.07 and as I type 8.07pm which to me would suggest there should be 7 new ads yet in that time there has been 1 new car advertised.
I have looked each time so it isn't that the system knows I haven't "responded" to the email (by accessing the website).
Not a big thing but it is slightly irritating.
