Always wanted one, just picked up this. Stacks of bills, 400bhp and loads of fun. Next jobs are new splitter, new front discs and an engine bay tidy up, before I probably get bored again and sell it.

Best colour! get that splitter back to black though, doesn't suit being body coloured imo! Looks a lovely example though smile

nice one mate, hows the front strut tops looking ? as this is a common 33 problem with rust, get out the meguiars headlamp restorer to brighten up your driving experience at night. One of my good friend just done the series 3 xenon headlamp upgrade on his to the tune over over a grand !!!! but worth the pennies

Yeah its pretty special isn't it. Forget the air con, just drive with the windows down. cloud9

Looks really tidy. The more standard (visually) the better IMO.

Great cars, and looks a good one too.

I thought I lost the love after leaving mine sitting for 18 months, but I got it road legal again and turned her over. As soon as the Kakimoto started playing its tune, I was in love all over again!

Where did you find that car? One of the forums?

I am on the forums, but this car was an auto trader/eBay find. It does need some tidying up though

WOW - a great looking car. Japanese forced induction wins!

Questions from a Skyline ignoramus: presumably its on a bigger turbo to reach 400bhp? Is it on standard engine internals?

What is it like to drive? Assured AWD or tail happy?

It's on standard turbos, has had a full rebuild though with HKS head gasket. Basically it has the full exhaust, de-cat and open filter with FMIC. It was then mapped to make 403bhp safely @ 0.98Bar. Turbos have been re built as well

The grip is quite impressive, probably the only car I've driven were 1st gear is as much fun as 3rd.

Awesome looking machine OP, congrats on the find. Did the plate come with it? I bet that's worth a fair bit on it's own.

It looks more like a time attack car to me and it's alright, if you like that sort of thing.

Steel exhaust wheels? If so, you could probably go a little bit higher on the boost with the standard injectors. Problem is that you'll want more, and it's a slippery slope ...
