There's a thread in the New Zealand forum that has more than run its course and a lot of 'locals' getting pissed off with one new to PH member who if not a troll sure behaves like one.

Can a mod have a look please?

Press the 'Report' link on the thread; that way the Mods are alerted and get to see exactly which thread it is.

I am not a Mod but it's possible to just hit the 'report' button and a Mod will be alerted to the problem. Just put a description as to why and it'll be sorted out.

That's probably the quickest and easiest way of doing it.
