interior trim removal help and advice please.

Hi guys as per the title i am having my interior re-trimmed and was wondering how the centre panel around the handbrake and gear lever and the small panels on top of the dash and on the side of the tunnel are removed are they clipped in or glued whats the best way to remove them as i dont want to break them any help and advice would be great many thanks sean.

four 8mm nuts accessible from underneath, through the inspection covers, then three Christmas tree fixings that you just pull. if you have the knee pads, these are unbolted from the side of the tunnel in the same way.

thanks for your reply thats great thought this was the case but didnt want to do all that if there was a different way thanks again.
