Metal Fastener Identification Required - Help Please!

Evening everyone,

I'm trying to identify some small metal fasteners that hold some vinyl covering to the seat on a pedal car I'm restoring. Can anyone help in identifying what thye're called please and give me an idea of where I might be able to purchase some?

Diameter of the head is 15mm and it's approx 9mm deep.
