As they appear to be all black and without any 'tracer' on them, I'd say that they may have been from a 'car tracker' device fitted by a previous owner and subsequently removed?

Perhaps if you removed fuse board you could back trace to a device? The fuse board is held in by 2 (??) off 10mm bolts and a 'housing' at the front end. I would put some tape over the exposed ends in any event.
