Car storage in Leeds

I have found an exceedingly large and secure unit in Leeds (near ring road/Wetherby Road roundabout).
I had a word with the guy who owns it - he would be quite happy to store cars there for whatever the market rate is. Seems quite secure (it is behind security gates and has cctv etc), and reasonably convenient.
Much demand for car storage in Leeds?

The site is manned Mon- Saturday.
I could arrange Sunday access by appointment.
Price point is interesting. My experience/research suggests the usual bronze/silver/gold type of service, ranging from bare storage, to storage and battery conditioner to storage, battery conditioner, running the car once a month and a carcoon type thing.
Prices I have seen are circa £80,£90, £100 per month for these levels of storage.
I'd probably be pitching at £60, £70, £80 or thereabouts, depending on length of booking, payment terms, number of cars put into storage.
