Hi all

7 years ago, on my 16th birthday I had the genius idea of jumping off a flat roof onto a trampoline..
I took a run up, Hit the trampoline below, bounced backwards into the side of the house and straight onto the patio, feet first.

Cue some excruciating pain. I tried to walk and realised it was impossible. Got rushed to A&E and by the time i was there i could not make my hands touch around my foot as it was so swollen.

They prod around for a while and put one foot into a cast, and leave the other one but tell me to stay in a wheelchair for 6 weeks.

Once i had the cast off, there was no pyshio, no support etc.

Now for the last couple of years, if i stand for too long my feet start aching pretty badly.

In the last year or so ive noticed some pain in my right hip. It is worse when driving, and tbh, its just a general dull pain. Since december (getting a new mattress) ive also had a lower back ache, not sure if this is related.

I should add, that the hip pain has got worse since ive been wearing insoles for my shoes.

Ive been seeing an oesteo on and off, but im wondering if there is something else i should be doing.
At the age of 23 i shouldnt have to worry about my hips and back etc!!

Thanks for any advice you may be able to give!
