I've just been given an Amazon gift certificate so thought I'd buy this book for my dad to make my order amount up...unfortunately it's now priced at £16
I'll look at Tesco direct and see if it's still a fiver there.

Came on Friday

Decent photography (although too many shots of mr grumpy) and a good number of things I'd want to cook.

Nice that many of the dishes seem quite stripped back - good if you're like me and the more ingredients something requires the less likely you are to make it!

Never watched any of his stuff but always use his Beef Wellington recipe. What sort of stuff does this one cover?

The Mrs is always moaning I've got too many cook books but at least it means I should be able to sneak another one in without her realising

Just had a browse through the recipes, quite impressed with the range and variations and as mentioned earlier most are quite straightforward without a zillion ingredients.

Have a look at the link in the first post as the 'Look inside' option lists all the recipes.
