A local pub/hotel has asked me to kit out their corridors with some framed prints of photographs I've taken.

So far I've only ever produced my work on canvas so I don't know the best places to get a few shots printed and framed so I'm hoping a few of you who have used some companies can give a couple of recommendations.
Or would I be cheaper buying the prints and frames separately and framing them myself?

Any thoughs, recommendations, suggestions are welcome smile

I buy frames from The Range and prints from Photobox, then stick one in t'other.

If you add a white border to each print it saves the need for a card mount (and you can add typography underneath), but a mount is better if you can manage it.

Also use photobox. As for mounts... Cotswold mounts are really good. Use them a lot. I get frames made locally as they are piss cheap up here.

Another vote for Cotswold mounts. A small business where you can phone up and discuss what you want and get advice. I got some A4 mounts from them recently which arrived very well packaged and for a reasonable price. I'll be using them again.
