Similar thing happened to me a few years back i was knocked off and the f

She should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, receiving a criminal record that will hopefully ruin her life. fking bh, I hope she gets fking cyphalis.

Genuinely scary. How did such a crass imbecile manage to get a licence in the first place? She could lose her licence twice over based on that 3 minute video alone - multiple use of her phone, no belt, going 'hands free' on the motorway. It's like careless driving central.
I'm not really sure she could be described as 'barely legal'.
