Changing email address

I've been trying to change the email address in my profile. It appears to have changed correctly, but I've just received a "Welcome to Pistonheads" mail in my old mailbox, asking me to confirm my old email address. My profile still seems to have the new one. And mails appear to be sent correctly, its just the confirmation thats gone to the wrong mail box.

Weird. In theory that's impossible but I'll look into it tomorrow and see what's going on

When I changed the email address and hit 'Update', it did tell me it was going to send a confirmation mail, and listed my old address. Sounds like it's been cached somewhere.
