Emergency Door release

Hi can someone please tell me how to open the door when the lock mechanism wont pop inside the door.

Drivers door doing it but not passenger.

I can hear water in the door.

Can someone please urgently advise?

You should be able to open the door manually form inside using the door open handle

The internal handle does not release the door. Can you pm me the solution urgently if you know

If the internal handle wont open the door im not sure the manual release method would work either, surely it works off the same mechanism?

The handle is working you can feel it pulling the cable and inturn the lock but because the solenoid for the door is on lock and won't pop the handle can't override it.

Will the emergency pull override the alarm solenoid with makes the external handle irrelevant.

The inside handle pulls the lock mechanism as well as opening the door, so if its locked then door still opens... if that's not working then you have a big issue as you need to take the door card off which will be hard to do with the door shut without breaking it.

Not really sure what other help we can be.
