9-3 cd changer jammed

My 9-3 cd changer has just decided to stop working! On the SID it says magazine empty but the cd's are jammed in the chaner and won't come out?

Any ideas or is it new changer time.....

Is there any way to manually eject the cd's or reset it? Have disconnected the battery for a few hours but no joy
