2004 CLK240 - wise buy?

Hi all, I have spied a few nice CLK's on autotrader (my wife likes the look of them) but I myself know nothing about Mercedes cars!

Are they generally reliable or am I looking at a minor money pit? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Any thing I should look out for during a viewing?

Check all the electrics (seats, mirrors and roof etc) twice! We've had problems with seat movement and roof (several microswitches changed before it worked reliably).
Heating (hot air) to rear seats particularly poor in ours at least, and MB main dealer says there is nothing wrong with it.
