mobile bbq catering suggestions?

Hi everyone,

My business is ten years old in a couple of weeks time, and I thought it might be nice to have someone come in to do dinner for us all. There is around 25 of us in total, and I thought a barbecue on site might be well received.

We are based NW of Manchester - has anyone done this kind of thing before, anyone they could recommend etc. I am a big fan of low and slow bbq myself so would be chuffed to find someone that could offer something to suit.

Don't forget crates full of ice cold beer!

just get a mobile pig spit hog roast things, a hundred or so of white baps.

add in some apple sauce, and 10 (probably need more but just figure out how much) crates of nice beer, and your on to a winner in my eyes.

oh, and dont forget the crackling
