wheels are gloss black, grills are satin. All the paintwork was done by TCW - tonbridge AM paintshop, cost £250 +vat

Looks good Nick... and now for the crazy-ass wrap biglaugh

I think with such a pale grey I'd have gone for anthracite/tungsten wheels rather than full black, but assume the wrap will match them more closely..?

Goorwich, those are Sports Pack Mk1 wheels.

Thanks Nick that's good value for the wheels and the grill.
Was that price also for changing colour of wheels or just refurb ?
Also thanks Yeti .
I have standard 06 model wheels on my black Volante ,was thinking of changing colour either to graphite
or black,satin finish.
What's your opinion.
The name's Steven by the way.

not for long - just need the paint to cure then another crazy arse wrap is being designed...happy to receive ideas and suggestions...

its still looks rather interesting as the rear end and roof are still matte black with the stripe - its got a two tone look - so you could say it already has a crazy arse

the Black wheels is never intended to go with the Tungsten, its more to do with the next wrap design

it was just £250 +vat for the grills, the wheels refurb was c£70 per wheel - they are excellent and even retain the AM dec on the caps... good work from the lads in Crawley (wheel works)

It's a personal preference and to some black wheels etc will appeal. However, I am afraid that I am one of the group that prefers shinny things and prefer my wheels to be nice and shinny.
Like I said personal preference, blacks not for me, but looks nice and tidy.

Just seen that the wheels are sports pack wheels, in black.....vomit in the black the wheels have lost all the diamond cut effect which sets the wheels off absolutely perfectly. Sorry in black still.....vomit

Car looks great the way it is. The black grille look is definately good.

What did you do to get rid of the stone chips? Was it a respray?

front end respray, then the doors for the bubbling paintwork then all the blending...so pretty much a whole respray

Tungsten is a great colour; I couldn’t bring myself to cover it up.

Lots of wraps, equals lots of opportunities for craft blades to cause micro slices in your paint work.

Perhaps adding to your bubbling problem, making it more severe.

Have a look at how the blades are used to trim the wrap: http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=aTl6GSCXzN...
