do you clean your car?

Despite having a lovely E90 M3, that looks amazing when its clean, i can't bring myself to either spend the time cleaning it myself or take it down the road for somebody else to.

To lessen my guilt please say i'm not the only one.....

In the summer, maybe every other week (i do 350 miles/week)

Most of the time, once every month or two, so it's grubby as hell normally. You are not alone. Cars are for driving, they aren't ornaments.

Once a week. But I have OCD and get grumpy if my car is dirty. Inside or out.

Fortnightly underside spray when the gritters are out in Winter (if not more often). Don't bother with the rest much in Winter - no point.

Around every 3 weeks in Summer, with a proper "me with clay and the Autoglym kit" a couple of times, when very bored. Albanians the rest of the time (with NEW CLOTHS demanded!), or a quick 'once over' by me if feeling poor.

I am sad, I know.

I am with you - the E61 M5 has been washed 4 times in 2 years. Once it was machine polished, three times clayed and waxed and sealed though... Every minute that I am cleaning it, I am not hearing the howl of the V10.... Thus it gets driven and not cleaned

Never clean any of my cars, best they can hope for is the local hand car wash if I'm feeling generous lol

Thanks for the comments guys - the guilt has subsided and i am no longer tempted to break out the Zymol....

A clean every couple of weeks but sometimes weekly if I've covered a lot of miles.

Clay bar and wax a couple of times a year...maybe more often if I have the time.

But I never, ever, EVER take it to the local quick-clean-crew...they use too many chemicals for my liking.
