Francis / Paddy travels all over the place. I'm sure he'll be able to do yours in Herts.
Francis will be doing the enhancement detail and PLE22 part but I don't think he does the shield. Or at least he said he didn't know of anyone who could do it.
Worth the drive to Peterborough for the real Paintshield in my humble. They have done 3 cars for me and although not cheap do a really nice job with a proper warranty. Take a look at their website.
