Help finding album from memory of artwork...

OK... So I have a bit of album artwork in mind, but I am buggered if I can remember what album it was from. It was a simple diagram of a passenger aircraft, but the seats were replaced with an image of the old slave ships, with the slaves lying down, if that makes any sense. I thought it was a Massive Attack album, or maybe a Radiohead album, but google images is not helping on those scores.

Anyone have the foggiest idea what album it was from?

Era? In the 2000's, leaning towards 2005 and later... Maybe.
