Clutch replacement - uprating or not?

My clutch appears to be on its last legs, so a replacement is due!

The car is a standard 450, so is it worth getting an uprated clutch? After some googling and searching of forum, I see that a Helix clutch is quite popular. Where do you get one from though?

I assume the clutch kit from either Clever Trevor or Racing Green is perfectly acceptable if not uprating?

Its actually from V8 Developments.

I have one in my 4.0 litre and it's been fine so far, I've only done about 10,000 miles on it though so it's early days.

TBH I didn't find it that much heavier than the original, but others who have driven my car say it is.
