Just been playing around on ebay punched in TVR and scrolled down to a Targa Sagris in a lovely candy apple red. The write up says it was a Tuscan but they used the chassis and fitted Sagris panels.
I have to say it looks rather nice and a good price................but would you?

Hi John,

There are a couple of threads on this one floating about on the Sag/T350 forum. Various opinions on it, most common is

I'm a fan of Dave's (plasticman) work and have now commissioned him to build me the same model using the Mk 1 Tuscan.
I'm guessing its a case of personal choice.
I know that the car in question was built for Terry Grant the stunt driver and I'm pretty sure it was used during his shows but I can't confirm that.
I recently met the owner of another conversion carried out by Dave, some of you may have seen this car at Chatsworth this year, it was finished in light blue and the build quality was second to none.
I started a thread on my build and will update it once the panel fitting gets underway.
Knowing the costs involved with this conversion 30k for a completed car is good value for money.

I really like this car, reckon if TVR produced something similar it would have been a big seller.
