Sales of goods act with new tv

Hi, I got a new tv last weekend, its a lg 42" smart 3d led. For the last week the sound has cut out about 4 times both on sky and ps3 and the only way to get sound back is to turn the tv off then back on again. Now I'm I right that they (richer sounds) have to swap tv or give me my money back? Thanks

I think there may be a repair option and if that fails then a replacement should follow. What are they offering?

Well thats a much better outcome than i had from John Lewis.

My TV was repaired in Feb.. and started playing up again a week ago... I had to argue with them for ages to give me a replacement instead of doing another repair!


Looks like Richersounds have their customer service sorted out....
