Oh god no, not again.
Discussion
I woke up this morning with a pain in my lower back.
Through the day, the pain has got more intense, now I have a pea sized lump where my buttocks meet my lower back.
I know this feeling only too well, I have a pilonidal sinus.
My first one I had cut out 5 years ago, the three since, have been controlled and stopped by antibiotics.
This one feels the most painful I've ever had, guess I'm off to the docs first thing Tuesday morning.

Take comfort in the fact that you're 1 of the 26 out of 100,000 people to get one this year!
I'm quite happy to share, and let someone else have a go this year.
