Had a read through the parts list on the forum here.

Is it defo that the rear shoes are for Pug 605,

The reason being as this week will be fitting the new disks from brummie and wanted some new parts in there - as thought why not.

Cheers
Dean

Do you have a reason to doubt the alternative parts list?? (FWIW - They fitted fine on mine!)

Are the pug ones much cheaper? I just got the ones from the TVR parts suppliers.

Yes they do fit,i put the APEC ones on my car,the springs and pins are the same too(they come in a kit) but you will have difficulty sourcing the handbrake mechanism or the adjuster if you need them.

I found it on ebay Germany..

I´m not sure if the parts on the left are 100% replacement.

Hi All,
Whilst Im on the waiting list to get my chassis done I have been trawling the sites, looking for the best value parts to rebuild with, not having a golden egg or money tree in the garden, I am being careful.
So today I think Ive taken one for the team, as a punt, I have oredered from ebay the cheapest peugeot 605 brake shoes, 12.50 including shipping, and a 605 shoe fitting kit, 16.20. Racetech has these on a so called offer, probably as they are getting Pug ones as well, for , I cant remember but somewhere around 75 quid not including VAT and postage, I looked at the Racetech images and the ones on EBAY and it all looks very similiar, I will endeavour to let you all know how the rebuld goes, but after all its the handbrake, so it'll still probably be only slightly better than, crap.
Cheers
Karl
