type approval docs

does anyone know where i can get type approval doc for mini-gatso's?

i'm pretty sure i'm going to get a ticket as i was late for work this morning and went a tad too fast past a safety camera van. the rear of the van was however facing oncoming traffic and i read in a post a while back that the mini-gatso's don't have type approval for forward-facing mode.

if i get a NIP i want to know soonish if it's worth my while going to court but to do this i'll obviously need to get the type approval document.

do all the safety camera vans use the same camera, if not how would i go about finding out which camera was used?

Most scamera vans operate front facing, I am not aware of any issues with type approval limitations of this sort.

...and they now have to be rearward facing...

it was a camera in the back of a van not a mini gatso.
