Looking At E320 Estates, any issues to look for ?

Hi All
I was looking at nice size Diesel estates, ie: Mondeo, or V70, but the E320 has caught my eye.
Budget is sub £5k, so i imagine i will be looking at a 2004 with about 140k miles.
Is there anything specific that i should know about these cars, any expensive failure points to look out for ?

I think they sorted the rust issue out from 2003 onwards but worth checking.
