Engine pre oiler info required please

Hi all. My Tuscan Mk one has an engine pre oiler fitted, and until i spoke to Tim the last owner i was not aware that the pre oiler requires some maintenance every now and then. So does anyone have a pdf file of instructions for the use and maintenance of it.I think I've found the very make on the net.Its called 'Instalube engine pre oiler'
Thanks Tim for trying to explain how it works,but memory like a sieve nowadays.

I guess i must have the only TVR with one of these fitted then.

There is a brief operational description on the manufactures web site http://www.engineprelube.com , can't imagine there would be much to do with regards to maintenance.

From what I understand your probably right.... Tvr did tests at the top end failure peak where the heads were submerged in oil and tested for durability. . The heads still failed due to poor materials used in the construction of the valve train. Once those components were replaced with items of a suitable quality the same tests were repeated and produced no issues.
