Whilst over in Belgium for the Spa Classic racing I came across this.
Also met Rudy (Tunepipe911) and we had a chat about wedges and some of the fun he’s had since purchasing his, until he was hauled away by his wife.
Nice to meet you Rudy, good luck with the search for the coolant expansion tank.
I think I was the only Wedge in attendance from the UK and she ran perfectly and never missed a beat. She received plenty of attention from the locals whilst parked, even in the petrol stations, people where coming over and enquiring what she was and what a lovely car.
All in all a very good weekend

Hi Tim..Yes im global now..I thought rudy was going to buy the expansion tank off of ebay a little while back..I was going to take it to the france/belgium trip for him but im willing to post it on to him if he can find one over here..I will have a search to see if i can find one..Cheers..Ziga
PS:Im still waiting for one to be made and if they come out ok then they will be available in alloy.

guess everthing went well on the journey back to the UK,
you know wifes and cars do not allways match up(lol)
to bad for the weather on sunday,took the wedge out for a drive on circuit,but we had a 360° view at one turn so decide to take
it more easy,
if anybody could help me with an expansion-bottle ,I would be happy,thanks!

Hi Rudy
We set off home Monday Morning with the intention of having some time in Bruges but got slowed down by road works,
Caused quite a stir whilst driving round the centre of Bruges 8 TVR can make quite a noise lol, we couldn't find car parking and ran out of time, so just headed home back to rainy Briton
