Wax-oiling is only good if corrosion hasnt already eaten into the tubing... and joo does an excellent job - I didnt see anything left untouched... the man did the whole lot - lushes and lushes of it splashed everywhere! Thanx j!
But...
if corrosion has settled in and started eating away things... you need to pay the likes of TVR bodyshop a visit and get an analysis.... they can do complete strip downs and rebuilds - mind you, its not cheap!
But it would be the difference between the car breaking in two and not... hehe

Marcus,
If you have the opportunity to strip down the whole car as I did, give the frame and suspension parts away for sandblasting and electro-galvanizing. Afterwards I prime-coated and painted the chasis both three times.
But, strip down and rebuild needs a lot of time!On the other hand - what you see now is only tip of the iceberg.
