Have any London commuters got experience of this place:

My work has no shower facilities and this is fairly close to our office. I don't want to pay full whack for a London gym that I'll only use for showering. I'm only looking to bike in up to twice a week (25 miles each way)

A couple of mates of mine use this place and say its good. The classes are a bit st I think, but the facilities are good.
