Sending password reset

I've forgotten my password for my classifieds profile and I've selected the "forgotten password" box but I haven't received an email to reset it yet. I've done it 4 times now and still nothing.

Can anyone help?

Have you changed the email address attached to your classified account?

If so, I'm in the same situation and although my present email address is the one attached to my forum ID, I have not been able to get any help with the problem.
