Visa card needed - which issuer?

Recently made an online purchase, and the vendor would only accept Visa cards. I've got 4 credit cards, but they are all Mastercard! Had to use my Visa debit card, which is not ideal.

Decided I need to get a Visa credit card for occasional use. I've got dealings with 5 banks, but none of them supply Visa credit cards.
Where's the best place to get a Visa credit card? Not bothered about special deals or interest rates, as I always pay my cards off in full. Just want a supplier that's easy to deal with online.

My CapitalOne is Visa and they are very online friendly with secure code verification and a nice and easy to use online portal for making payments and checking transactions.

I'd say pretty much exactly the same about my Barclaycard.
