Need a photoshop help

I've been struggling with it for an hour now!
How would you fix dog's eyes? Nothing I've tried so far looks natural

I'd appreciate an explanation, how to do it

30 seconds. Copy pupil form other eye in potatoshop and paste. Move pupil over to dodgy eye then save. Clicky for full size.

I took a different approach. Select eyes, copy/paste, shuffle about, rescale, tweak levels, erase edges...

I think that the copy/paste might work well the other way round. Possibly better ... or did you try that?

I was doing a shoot for an MTV programme and they provided the models.Out of 6 only two were okish... I had 10min for each of them and because they were filming the shooting their lights were working against mine. Pain in the ass. Worldwide exposure though so worth it

Simpo - yep that is something like I had in mind. Might have left the dog's eyes as they were originally though.

That said I think your original swap works the better of the two.
