Help 2006 Tvr Tuscan Warning code 26????

Hi i have a 2006 tvr tuscan warning code 26, my screen shows the warning code and below it says F-RAM FAILED.
The entire screen is out and my arrows dont work so i cant see anything.

how can i fix this warning code 26???? where can i find the part if possible
