Hey guys
Any recs for after market exhausts for the v12v?
I am leaning towards Larini, Capristo, or Quicksilver.
Anyone have experience with the 1st two names?
Also should I go with the 200 cell sports cats as well? Would
That make it too loud? I really want to up the performance but want to keep the noise level nice and
Reasonable. Meaty and high pitched only when pushed. Gentle and civilised when idle.
Advice would be appreciated. Thanks

If it is performance you are after, don't waste any money on a rear box. Cats yes, exhaust manifolds yes. See br thread for details on my car and the 60 bhp extra, with sensible noise. Cats will make it louder and so would a back box hth

As above, the backboxes just make noise - they're the same shape as the Aston backbox but with no valves and less silencing. They offer no performance increase, but about a 15kg weight saving but in the wrong place wink

200 cell catalysts can offer around 18-20bhp and do make the car a little louder. The backbox with cats is too loud for most smile

Best option is Bamford Rose manifolds and catalysts for a proven 60bhp which retains the Aston backbox and the valves. Meaning you can have a quiet mode and a LOUD mode. Believe it or not, it's very useful to be able to switch between the two smile
