I know there would be some shameless plugs but I could have used something like this the other day as I was looking for a roofer to redo my porch. I am now in the process of risking the local rags hoping I get someone worthwhile.

I was approached by someone the other day who's set up a site which does this. Can't remember the URL though!

Done properly it could certainly work well. In the meantime the business forum is probably suitable or General Gassing.
