There should be plenty of suppliers online.
These guys designed, built and fitted the towbar to my camper while I waited. They did an excellent job of it too:

(It wasn't cheap).

Westfalia, Bosal, Witter and many other manufacturers I have forgotten will each have at least one kit for that car available pretty much off the shelf. You need to decide on what sort of design you want (Fixed, Detachable etc) and then you need to find a distributor/fitter in your area (which you can probably do from the towbar manufacturer's website)
It may also be worth looking into DIY'ing it, it ranges in difficulty depending on make/model of car/towbar but on many DIY is a viable option.

But make sure it's a properly type approved towbar if it's a DIY fitment. It's illegal to fit anything else unless it's been done by a specialist firm who can certify it - hence the expensive option I took. Also it might be worth checking the LR dealer just in case they're not too expensive. The Vauxhall Dealer did my Vectra for about £250 all in with a GM towbar. I used them because the car was only a few months old and under warranty so thought if there are any issues there's no wriggle room.
