Anyone stupid enough to join me?

Don't really know if this is applicable to post this here, or anywhere really if the FSA have anything to do with it!
Point is, I run a company designing and manufacturing lighting for cars, all very successful etc but am just in the throws of starting another company to sell house-hold and shop lighting. Not the usual bulb swinging from the ceiling variety but lighting for decking etc.
The USP of it all is that I've designed it to be amazingly easy to fit which allows it to replace other types of lighting that typically have 1-2 day installation (sorry, can't give away too much!)
Anyway, I'm looking for someone smart/crazy enough to take some of the risk and finance it to the tune of £50K in the form of an interest free loan in exchange for some equity / directorship etc.
Oh, and if you're wondering why I say stupid enough, a few years ago I ran a company called ParotCards that made voice recording greeting cards. We had an exlcusive market selling to the US air force. I had an investor get involved but we couldn't reach an agreement on the amount of equity the finance was worth. Well, this dragged on and then 9/11 happened and the business came down with the towers. Unfortunately I hadn't got his agreement so I lost £100K and nearly filled for bankruptcy!
