Any regular Sunday morning blatters?
Discussion
When, where and how far do you go?
A month into Caterham ownership and I've been lucky enough to get 3 successive Sunday morning blats in - only couple of hours at a time, 80 miles or so, getting as far as Grassington on a circular loop from north Leeds.
I've been going mid-morning by which time the roads are getting busy especially with the recent good weather. Thinking this week that I might aim to go much earlier in search of empty roads.
Anyone else get out at the crack of dawn to do the same on a regular basis?

Have you not visited the Yorkshire forum before?!
We had one only a couple of weeks ago, 6am start, 120 miles or so up to Ribblehead Viaduct, over Buttertubs, back for breakfast at the Wellington for 8:30
I'll be doing a run towards the East sometime after I get back from Le Mans.

I was really asking who gets up early every(?) Sunday for a drive out, ie on a regular basis just for the sake of enjoying their car? I've always done the odd day and overnight roadtrips before a few times a year, but never made it a routine part of my week. I will be doing in the Caterham for as long as the weather stays decent. I like the idea of a pre-breakfast blat, if only I could just go to bed & get up early enough!
Owning a special car and driving it once in a while is one thing, but incorporating it into your weekly routine life is another...
