Buggered if I know. Noble muttered something about March, but us poor fools who have one on order haven't even been told when we'll be able to test drive it yet... If they aren't able to set a date for that then I guess it's still very early days. Must admit that I've been spending an unhealthy amount of time pawing over 550M's and GT2's...

At this time we have no fixed date that we will be able to give you for those who have deposits on the M14. We are working on the 1st car and proving the technology that will be used on the race car that Lee is currently running.

As soon as we have any futher information on the car we will be writing to you all again.

Thank you for your patience in this

Stuart, what's the connection between the M14 development and racing - I thought the M14 was a "milder" M12 undeneath (and would have expected Lee's racing development to be more closely aligned to the M400)?!

Lee's M12 that he is currently racing, if you look close, has a lot of the "enhancements" that are within the M14 design.

Rob, as I think you know, if you can make a car perform on the race track, then the odd 2000 mile blat around France and Italy will be a doddle.

As an "early bugger/git" on the M14 list I totally subscribe to Lee's statement that this will be a car that really takes the mantle to the 911 et. all field. I'm therefore very very happy that Lee's "thrashing the pants off the design around a track near to you" to ensure that the M14 hits that part that other cars just cannot reach (I'm sure there is an advert in there somewhere!)

Simon, Stuart and the rest of the gang, amazingly, seem to be always happy to chew the cud to people like me (sorry about the hour of benign chat the other day Simon!) that want to know the latest on the car, so if you want a full and frank update just give them a ring!

I love people wild guesses based on nothing

If you have one on order, just ring the factory if you want an update.

We'll see those that know me will know my guesses are not entirely based on nothing. Be great if it is ready sooner, but I wont be holding my breath.

Ok - but what you said is not what I've been told. Mind you, I'm lucky in that I have the first customer car on order

If you were talking about trying to order one now you are probably looking at at least 2 years, the entire first year run has been sold AFAIK some months ago!
