I'm trying to start the road car for the first time....

The engines turns fine and I have spark. The laptop is plugged in and the injectors are reading the correct numbers as are throttle pots etc. however I have no fuel coming out of the injectors..... The fuel pump is working and there is fuel in the tank.

Where shall I look next?

Check you are getting fuel to the fuel rail.

Also.. Injectors might be reading right, but sticking.. Perhaps.

And getting a good flow of fuel.... So for some reason none of the injectors are opening.... What controls this? Obviously the ecu but that seems ok. Am I missing something simple...

ECU ground?

Do the comms drop when you try and crank the engine?

Just because it is new...

Should have a resistance across it I believe.

Continuity/resistance test the wiring.

Yes the comma do drop and come back in again whilst cranking.... Although in sure they do that in the race car aswell....

Have changed the crank sensor with no change.... Still no fuel or spark. Have also fitted the ecu from the race car so I know that works! I can only think a problem with the loom??

ECU ground I reckon.

Check the earth in near the hinge of the passenger door.

I have earthed it straight to the battery? The engine cranks over well etc.

I have taken a couple of pictures of the lap to whilst cranking but can't post them using my mobile!

Hmmm, odd. Would still suggest a grounding issue as the Coils and Injectors fire by grounding the circuits. ECU connector all clean?

There's a loom and ecu for sale on geebay.
If you buy the lot and keep the loom I'd happily buy the ecu and your old loom?
