Door Slam Catch Seized ... Suggestions Please

Trying to adjust the door catch on the door post, passenger side. The three screws/bolts will not budge, I have tried the plus gas, WD40, down the back of the post through the hood aperture, even a tentative use of an impact screwdriver, but no luck. A comedian at work suggested warming it up with a blow torch... Ha Ha.
Anyone got a proper suggestion please?
Or is the only way to drill it out and re-tap the thread?
The drivers door was no problem at all.

Hi Mike, I think they are separate nuts on the back, not a plate with threaded holes, so you may be able to get a spanner/socket on them?

Are you sure its the catch on the door post and not the hinges ?

Thanks Han, but sure, as the door closes too far, closes inboard of the rear wing, I have got new rubber seals and need to get the catch moved 5-6 mm . This will also help the window operation as it wont rub against the hood frame, once sorted.
