CTN = Chicken Tikka Naan kebab
They are bloody gorgeous! I have 2 per week sometimes! When I am hungry, its the first form of food that comes into my mind! Juicy chunks of chicken tikka, covered in salad and plenty of yoghurt sauce & wrapped in a fresh naan bread.....a taste sensation!!
Mainly found in the Yorkshire & Lancashire regions, think they are quite rare down South & in my native North East they seem non existent. The day I move back it will be the thing I miss most about living in my current home, West Yorkshire!

They used to sell these in Manchester when I was a lad. I think they were called Chicken/Murgh Kobeda or similar.
Essentially a main sized portion of CT with shredded lettuce, chilli sauce, mint sauce and chillis served in a rolled up plain nan.
I remember my cousin eating one on his stag do and the entire contents falling straight out of the bottom and lodging in his jeans turnups

When I lived in north Leeds I was a great fan of ShaiNan takeaway on Roundhay Road, did a fantastic CTN. My favourite part was the whole chilli they put on top. Even after several drinks I still couldn't manage a whole one, so the remainder made a great brunch for monging in front of Hollyoaks omnibus.
cannot say I have ever tried one, possably because if i were to eat a whole naan, or even part of a naan i am pretty ill.
allthough I can say it does look pretty damn good, but i would prefer if the naan chunks were chopped up, perhaps into slices as that would be easier to eat, but thats just me.
might have to try and make a naan with no egg in it.
