Lets say you have 100k to spend on your dream car. Given the choice of new or used, what single vehicle would you go for?

I think I'd have to say a Porsche GT2 with low mileage.

I'd probably hunt around for an Ex-Le Mans racer, or I'd try to get hold of a late nineties rally car etc.

Either that or I'd buy a Tuscan R and then spend the remaining cash learning to drive it properly

If I'd known you could get a Tuscan R for 10 grand I'd have ordered one

For track performance and a practical road car (but want your own colour and interior) - thus, a new car.... then I think a 911 turbo with the X50 upgrade, a roll over bar and a decent stereo (which leaves you about enough for a weekend in Blackpool)

...I'm biased though, as I have one on order, so I would say that wouldn't I - (I have however, decided to take a rain-cheque on the weekend and buy a tank of fuel instead).

DB7 Vantage Volante (ie convertible) please. Wonder what the XJ220 is down to now?

NB Followed a DB7 Vantage down the A14 yesterday, using him as radar picket. Even when the traffic cleared and he hoofed it, he couldn't pull out a gap...

You might be able to haggle.

How cheap does that interior look though.

I'd buy my own car from myself! Not only would I have bought a fab car, and have £100,000 in my pocket, but I'd have the emence satisfaction of knowing I'd ripped the new owner off BIG TIME!!!!!

Top of the list would be Noble M12 (not to keen on Rarries or Porkers), maybe a couple of track cars and a Mk1 Cortina with the change

Got to be a 996 Turbo in Black, black interior and blacked out windows with sports exhaust and suspension.

Or if I could get it for 100K, a 959 (any colour )
