Been listening to a few of these. Some work, some don't, some kind of work for the majority of the song etc.
Either way, you need to battle your brain as it fights to correct the tune and all those memories..

Heart of Glass works quite well, I think.

You've posted loads of links without actually saying what they are so I don't think many people will bother clicking them to find out.

If you want people to be able to work out what you're going on about, you could try telling them (with words.)

I thought this thread might've been interesting...

Indeed, bits of it made me screw my face up a bit, but 80% of it sounds quite good I thought!

I offer a mobile mouse clicking service if it helps? hehe

Thanks.

Will you also listen to the music for me in case I don't like it? smile

I agree with Monty Zoomer, I rarely click on un-named links because 9 times out of 0 it will be something in which I have no interest whatsoever.

Plus, many people will be reading this at work or in some other situation where opening YouTube links is prevented or impractical. I, for instance, am on a mobile dongle at work, and it's quite slow, plus I pay for every byte. People with good connections don't realise what it's like for others.

Good grief, it's pretty clear from the title, never mind the post itself, what the links contain. It's music, HTH. If you are at work or have no speakers, or are on a slow link it's pretty obvious you should wait until later. The only thing you don't know is what the actual song is - hardly a big problem, in fact I enjoyed the surprise.

Bunch of moaners!

The laziness I was referring to was on the part of the person posting the un-named links

Supposing I posted a link to a video of, for instance, My Eyes are Fully Open, and said what it was, would you be interested in it?

I think Beat It works quite well in Major scale once you get used to it.

Now this one just sounds odd:

It's not really a question of being moaners.

Music's very subjective, so whatever you've linked to could be something I'd really love, find uninteresting, or really dislike.

I'm already listening to music that I know I like, so when there's a mystery link I need to decide whether or not to stop the music I'm listening to, in order to click the link and listen to the music that another PHer likes.

There are loads of unnamed links on PH and I have clicked a few over the years and normally they have turned out not to be particularly interesting to me.

It's the same with the named links. Most of them aren't to my taste so I don't click them, but there are also some really good ones, that I click, and some that I don't know, but I think might be good, which I click to see what they are like.

Everyone's got different taste in music and there are so many PHers that the odds of an unnamed link being to my taste are pretty low, so I always think that it must be the same for everyone else as well,

Named links will attract more clicks, not just from me, but also from other people.

This is very true.

Moral of the story is, if you want people to look, name the link.

That is odd! I almost spent ten minutes moaning about the fact you didn't include a title though, rather than the one second it took to click the link. tongue out

It's obvious what the links are going to be from the title. I don't think the actual songs linked to matter, it's not about "hey, this sounds awesome" but rather "this is an interesting thing".

Hey Jude in a minor key;
