Spent all day yesterday getting my P&J clean after its 2k mile jaunt around Europe, only to awake this morning and find my neighbours cat had walked all over the car with its filthy paws!

Pass me the shot gun!

You can buy something called a "scram mat" that's designed to go on sofas etc to keep pets off. Battery operated and gives them a shock if they go on it. If the cars on your drive so no one pinches the mat, it may be something to try. Just set up a video so we can see how high the cat jumps smile

I do have a dog, a Wiemaraner called Scooby, who also seems to chase off anything but blinking furry rodents!

It's not the dirty marks that are the main problem, is the scratches when they have their claws out! mad
I use an ultrasonic scarer in my car port - seems to work. Not much use if you park in the road, though .

I use a cat-ex spray that keeps them away - I have a car cover though so I sprayed that all over with the stuff to keep them from climbing the cover and scratching the paint when they claw to get a hold...

you probably don't want to spray ON the car itself, but maybe invest in a breathable, water repellent cover? Or spray around the car? Would need to repeat after rain though frown
