Should be having a run down.

Might be the last one if you are moving further south and east as your email suggested.

Yep, not keen on the move myself, but the current owners of the Old Ship are selling up and it was going down hill from our point of view anyway
I'll not be making many meetings if it goes much further south, us North Notts lads don't like traveling far south

Is this one anywhere near Rutland Water?

Seems I have to be there Sunday and not in Essex ( I think I'll be of Pauline's
Christmas card list now...)

Not really, it's at Lowdham, east of Nottingham, just on the north banks of the river Trent

BTW nobody has yet decided where our winter meets will be in future, so if you have suggestions then say now (if you can't come on Sunday) or bring them along on Sunday.

I won't make it - Grandma's funeral and I'm staying up with the rellies for the weekend.

Cirvy - sorry I'll miss you. Why not give Joolz a ring, he hasn't been to an E Mids meet for ages.

Cheers, Corinne

Can't say I've ever seen dogs in there before :scratchcin: and it is a quite small room we use which tends to be full during the meeting, if past numbers are anything to go by, it's standing room only by 1pm
The pub carpark and the overflow carpark are big enough for it to have a run about though, James Agger might know more about the dog issue, his ball of fluff has probably been to a meeting or 2
